Services

Leipzig International Tennis offers group lessons, private lessons, duo lessons, and kids lessons.

All sessions take place at:

Schongauerstraße 37, Leipzig.Leipzig International Tennis is not affiliated with the venue.

Booking & Registration

Bookings can be made via website application, email, or WhatsApp.

A booking is only considered confirmed after direct communication and agreement on a specific group and time.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance on the 28th of each month and are processed automatically. Drop-in sessions must be paid manually in advance before attending the session.

Contract Duration & Renewal

Subscription options are available for 1 month, 2 months, and 4 months, which are equivalent 4 / 8 / 16 sessions. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the conditions stated below.

Cancellation of contract by Participant

Cancellation requests are possible; however, cancellation becomes effective only once a replacement participant is found. Leipzig International Tennis is not obligated to provide a replacement but will make reasonable efforts to do so.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling or switching to another group may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed.

Cancellation by the club

If a session is canceled by the club, it will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied toward future sessions.

Weather & Conditions

Sessions are conducted indoors and are not dependent on weather conditions.

Liability & Health

Participation in all activities is at the participant’s own risk. Participants are required to confirm that they are physically fit and capable of participating in training sessions. Leipzig International Tennis is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during participation, except where required by law.

Equipment

Basic equipment, such as rackets, may be provided free of charge. Participants are not held responsible for normal wear or accidental damage.

Trial Session

A trial session is available once per participant and is offered at a 50% reduced rate.

Trial sessions are limited to one per person.

Data Protection

Leipzig International Tennis collects and stores personal data including names and phone numbers for communication purposes. Communication may take place via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
