1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Leipzig International Tennis (Ido Lavi), including group, duo, private, and kids training sessions.

All sessions are conducted in English.

2. Services & Location
Training sessions take place at:
Schongauerstraße 37, Leipzig

Leipzig International Tennis is not affiliated with the venue.

3. Booking
Bookings are made via website, email, WhatsApp, or direct agreement.

A booking is only considered confirmed after agreement on a specific group, time, and format.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Payment & Commitment
All services must be paid in advance.

By booking a package or subscription, the client commits to the full duration of the selected plan.

Payments are due regardless of actual attendance.

Subscriptions may be charged automatically.

5. Cancellation / Early Termination (Subscriptions)

All bookings, packages, and subscriptions are binding.

Cancellation by the client is generally not permitted.

However, for subscription-based plans, the client may inform Leipzig International Tennis of their intention to discontinue participation.

Leipzig International Tennis may, at its sole discretion, attempt to find a suitable replacement participant for the remaining period.

If a replacement participant is successfully found and approved, the original client will be released from future payment obligations from that point onward.

Leipzig International Tennis is not obligated to find a replacement, but will make reasonable efforts to do so.

Until a replacement is found, the original client remains fully responsible for all scheduled payments.

6. Missed Sessions
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Participation is the responsibility of the client.

7. Replacement of Participant
If a client is unable to continue, they may find a replacement participant.

The replacement must be approved by Leipzig International Tennis.

8. Cancellation by Provider
If a session is cancelled by Leipzig International Tennis (e.g. illness, court issues), a replacement session will be offered.

If no replacement is possible, a credit will be issued.

9. Trial Session
A trial session may be offered once per participant at a reduced rate.

---

10. Participation & Health
Participation is at the client’s own risk.

Clients must ensure they are physically fit to participate and must inform the coach of any relevant health conditions.

11. Liability
Leipzig International Tennis is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for injuries, accidents, or damages during training, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Services
Leipzig International Tennis reserves the right to adjust training times, groups, or session structure if necessary.

13. Right of Withdrawal
For online bookings, clients may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

If the service begins within this period, the right of withdrawal expires.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
